The 2027 school fees for Monte Vista Primary School were formally approved by parents at the Annual Budget Meeting held on 7 October 2026. The approved school fees enable the school to maintain the high standard of education, facilities, resources and learner support that our school community values. These contributions play an important role in supplementing the funding received from the Western Cape Education Department and allow the school to continue investing in our learners, staff and learning environment. Below you will find the approved 2027 school fees, payment options and important information relating to the payment of school fees.

Terms and Conditions
- Aftercare Payments: The first payment is due on 15 January 2027, with monthly payments continuing until 15 October 2027.
- School Fee Payments: The first payment is due on 15 February 2027, with monthly payments continuing until 15 November 2027.
- Aftercare & School Fee Accounts: If your child attends Aftercare, your school fee account must remain up to date. Accounts that fall into arrears may result in your child losing their place in the Aftercare Programme.
- Early Settlement Discount: To qualify for the early settlement discount, the full discounted amount for both School Fees and Aftercare Fees (where applicable) must be received by the school no later than 1 March 2027.
- No Debit Order facilities available; payments by Debit/Credit Card are accepted at the school.
- The 3rd Child rebate is not applicable to GR R. An Unabridge birth certificate(s) may be requested
- Stop orders must be arranged at your own bank privately.
